Neck exercises

  • Cervical range of motion in all directions - forward, backwards, right rotation, left rotation, bending towards the right shoulder, bending towards the left shoulder. Do this 6 - 8 times a day with 1 repetition.
  • Cervical glides - slide your head forward like a turtle poking its head out of its shell, 10 repetitions.
